If the spent primers spill all over the place, and you don't like the looks of a PVC tube on the ram, you could also just block the primer arm slot.
Someone offers these things on ebay, but they can easily be made on your own. Even more easy when you have a primer arm left that you don't need any more.

A dab of epoxy putty in the slot works for me.
