There is seller on Gunbroker, skeptictarget, that isn't going for the gouge that the others are giving. He is about 15% over what MidwayUSA charges but his shipping ends up being less with a large order. He charges a flat $45 which allows up to 40 pounds and includes the HazMat fee. So load up or get other locals involved as everyone is looking for powder and you can bring that flat shipping down to a dollar and two bits a pound!

Thank you, I see he has some HP-38.
This Titegroup is about the most nastiest
stuff I ever shot out the end of my 45.
