I have three and haven't used them in a while but this is one of those things that I would not get rid of. I do wish Lee still offered the cutters in a variety of sizes. I do not think that pan lubing is going to go away or it would have years ago. One outfit offered the brass cutters made out of cartridge cases but aluminum is the way to go. The brass was rolling back with my repeated use.

ENVY!!!
When and why did Lee drop those??? Actually I guess their pushing sales of all things tumble lube cleared those out. I would love to start pan sizing but I can never seem to get a case mouth just right for cutting and not sticking. I even paid way too much for one that took forever to ship and while it works the cost seems prohibitive to buy them all when as you point out that brass isn't super long life. I think I have something to sculk around on eBay and find eventually....

Re: First Generation Lube & Size Kits
My guess is 15 years ago or so. I see them on eBay once in awhile. I asked Mr. Lee why they didn't offer the cutters and he said that they probably could not sell them in light of what it would take to manufacture them. They sure would need a bunch of different sizes so I understand that.Maximumbob54 wrote:ENVY!!!

Re: First Generation Lube & Size Kits
I could buy that as an answer because it may have just not been a high enough volume sales item.
I've been through four pages of eBay already with a hundred items per page... No luck...

That would be a set I would have a need for, if it was still there.
