I'm usually up to my rear in snow by now (about 8 miles from the Mississippi the way the bullet flies in Iowa) and we don't have any snow on the ground. I hope it stays that way.

I grew up in Iowa about 30 miles from the Mississipi. Wasn't cold enough for me. Had to move to Montana. 
Really miss those black ice storms though. NOT!!!!

Well it wasn't snowing in NW Arkansas when I left and it not snowing in NE Oklahoma yet .....
