Got the new sear assembly from Midway. Put it in my second M&P compact. The triggers on both compacts feel the same now. Both pistols also have the magazine safety that prevents them from firing with the magazine removed. I did buff some areas, but did not change the geometry on any of the parts. Haven't checked the pull but I am sure it's still 5+ pounds.
