Hey with the cost and effort of finding primers nowadays, maybe losing a nail wasn't so bad after all!

Actually, with RCBS it's not rare at all, not even unusual.
It is just how they do business. I have delt with them many
times over the years, always the same, what ever it takes to
make a happy customer. In my dealings with Lee over the years,
they have done the same thing. It's a shame more company's
now days don't do business this way?? Amazes me, The almighty "Buck"
Screw everything & everybody else ???????

That is true I bought a ohaus 1010 scale the company rcbs bought it from. And then painted it green i contacted ohaus for parts they stated they no longer carried that line to contact rcbs. I called them told them my problems tgey shipped the parts to me free of charge. Good stuff.

Re: Update, Hand primer disaster.
Bent a decapping pin on a sizing rod. Explained the small and large pins wouldn't fit. Two complete decapping rods with extra pins showed up in the mail box in a couple of days.
