Bullet Seating Depth Six Pack Pro

I've been using a classic turret press for about ten years. Recently purchased a Lee Six Pack Pro. I cannot maintain a consistent bullet seating depth. Get up to 12000th variance on the Six Pack. I have tried different dies and re-set up the press a dozen times and still cannot get a consistent seating depth. Any ideas?
