I was too.

In the topic you and I referred to, RD says: "If an attachment is posted that is larger than limit you will see this message".

If you link an image using a hosting service like I just did above, it's not an attachment. It's a hand off from my hosting service I use for free.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do but what you posted above are links to images that don't exist.

1) Instead of using the hyper-link ([ url]*[/url]) HTML tag, you need the image ([ img] * [/img]) URL tag.

2) The URL within the brackets needs to be a link to an image hosted offsite. The URL's you posted above are not those of hosted images and you can tell by looking at the URL's themself.

They are images hosted in Google Photos, do they not open when you click on them? I copied the image address, and pasted it in the URL box like I have done on other forums, (the image will show up there)!
Here is what I get with just pasting the address:

https://photos.fife.usercontent.google. ... authuser=0

1) You used the hyper link tag instead of the photo link tag. I have never seen any website, forum or not, that will display an image using a hyper link tag in HTML.

2) The URLs above do not point to an image. They might point to an image within your account. Your hosting account is pass-worded so you'll have to find a "more correct" URL (sharable) for yours pics or change a permission.
