Loading 45 ACP and got surprised

I was loading 200 grain XTP for my .45's. After seating the bullet and crimping, I measured the length, it was 1.29. I have been keeping my cartridges at 1.23. After comparing to the previous cartridges I noticed the 460 Rowland on the base of the cartridge. What a surprise.
