Crushing cases 45-70

I've tried chamfering the inside of the brass and lubricating. I looks like the die is trying to crimp the brass before the bullet is fully seated.

Any thoughts?

Lee Loaders do not crimp in the seating chamber. at least mine don't. and the instructions are quite clear

you seat the bullet, with the cartridge OUT of the body far enough to not neck size, the base sitting in the decap chamber, body placed on top so it cannot do ANY sizing, THEN you put a bullet in, and ram it into the case

to crimp, you remove the now loaded cartridge, with bullet seated and place it nose first in the powder funnel, down into the hole, then tap slightly till you get the crimp you like

You cannot use LeeLoaders like a standard die.
