So... I have some questions about this brass. I think I purchased it and picked it up after shooting. I'm getting into reloading and deprimed and polished. These look different than the others and I was wondering what others think. The primer pockets and interior are different than my other brass.

That ledge on the interior is I assume to prevent seating the bullet deeper similar to the crimp seen on some 45ACP and other handgun brass. Does it extend all the way yo the case's head? If so case volume would be reduced so reload accordingly. The primer vent looks like it was punched and needs deburring.

I just Googled it and it's made by an American company, Freedom Munitions.

Yeap, that's Ammoloand brass. They have a goofy cup inside and their punched flash hole is always very unfinished. Here is a better picture of their 45 ACP brass.

The general recommendation is not to use max loads as the cup reduces the case capacity which will bump the pressure at max. You need to also uniform both primer cup and flash hole.

I wouldn't toss it as long as that flash hole could be cleaned up. I run reduced loads anyways in my 45 so no biggy.

Does anybody know what that ring is for? I have never seen such brass.

The only thing I can think of is that Freedom Munitions has a different way of manufacturing brass. Their brass is also known for how thin that outer layer is. That is what I've read, I don't tend to use range brass.
