Yeah but he's not gonna be any closer to me so I can't build it for him...well, can't is strong but should not is about right when it comes to a six hour drive to deliver it. Besides, he can build stuff too...we have proof! Texas is kinda big if you haven't heard.

Been to Texas. Lived there a while, first wife was a Texan. I did see a few places I liked pretty well, I liked the Gulf coast, lived there for about a year but to humid for a Northern boy. That was 50 years ago though, probably could find a place I'd like just fine today.
