Kids ...... I have some tales to tell .

A close friend of mine endured the lingering departure of his parents for years with his sister doing most of the daily hands on for their father . It will seem cold but I am thankful that my Dad didn't linger long after his mobility failed and he became trapped in his body .

I suppose if he's still flirting with the ladies he's all there . It takes a lot of energy to deliver a graceful line that's well played and cute when you're 70 or more .

I'd rather have a job I enjoyed for less money than one I had to force myself to every day . I had the good fortune of having having a job I mostly enjoyed with people I liked for 22 years that paid well .
I like the job I have now , the pay sucks but the people are good , I get to flirt with the girls , work 3 days a week and only waste 1 day in recovery .

Relish the littles while you have them it won't last long enough .
