They don't have THE parts, they have BETTER parts...I think.

I could really help them with their website.

That's what it looked like to me. Your older press is to morf into a newer press.

They've needed that for a long time

Thanks for finding the needles in the haystack. I paid $8 to send Lee a pile of junk only to get a $5 part, a bunch of freebies, and a bill for $16 for shipping. Maybe Lee will send new parts off the original claim I can use to fix another press.

I think it speaks well of Lee. In that your not the original purchaser of the press, I suspect few outfits would give you any consideration.

USPS hasn't got around to delivering the broken pieces for evaluation after all this time yet Lee has already shipped by new stuff out that I bought.

I had a vintage RCBS trimmer given to me. I contacted them about some missing parts that I could not find on the their website. They knew it was second hand but still sent me about $100 in pilots, etc. for free.

Lee hasn't let me down ever.

Yes Sir GG, 2 excellent outfits to deal with right there. Glad you got fixed up. Neither one has ever let me down either..
Man, when I blew up that RCBS hand primer, they went all out, even though they knew I wasn't after warranty or legal action or anything, I just let them know what happened. because they are designed for that sort of thing NOT to happen?? , sent me another hand prime unit, a new Bench prime set up, 5,000 each large & small pistol primers. Can't beat that with a stick, even though you know they had to be a little nervous.
Hummmm??? wonder how much that tore off thumbnail & broken coffee cup from my wife loosing her mind could have got me??? Maybe I should have tried for that Pro 2000 ive always wanted? Naaaa, Just flapping my gums... Hell, I didn't ask for anything they sent, it just showed up..
A day late & A dollar short? Story of my life +guns

The USPS still has not delivered the broken parts I sent Lee Precision on 11-25-20 in an $8 two day Priority Small Flat Rate box but Lee did deliver the $5 part plus the free stuff at a cost of $16 for shipping an $8 TWO DAY PRIORITY SMALL FLAT RATE BOX so I reassembled it and took a pic for y'all.
