Lee Customer Service is Great

Bought the new auto drum powder measure in late 2016.
Well over time it got the flop to one side thing goin. A Month ago under heavy pressure from the China Virus it cracked and broke.
Went on Lee site printed out appropriate documents, put in my receipt from 2016 and a check for $30.50 for half price and shipping.
Within 10 days I recieved my package from Lee with a new auto drum including large and small drums and stuff which I did not send I did not send any plastic parts. Plus they returned my check!
So I got a new powder measure after wearing one out.
If that's not GREAT customer service I don't know what is.
