Yep, I concur with you: buy it when you see it. And like you, I think things are going to get even tighter in the world of all things firearms and reloading related before, and if, things ever get better.
I am fond of telling friends that if there's something you want, just get it. Odds are at 100% that the thing won't be going down in price, if you can later get it all!
