Possibly a slight carrier adjustment will take care of that. The frame has some small "bumps" that are supposed to "agitate" the system, the ones on mine are pretty small and not well defined. I've heard of some just wrapping a quick tie around the frame to help it along.

I've kept my four presses updated with the latest primer systems.James Hensler wrote:No matter what I do I can’t get it to vibrate enough
One this may be is my loadmaster came with the 3.0 primer and not the older round one
I think that would be a great idea. My initial thinking would be to use very small tie wraps, several to get around the column. A large tie wrap might be too much of a bump.horseman wrote:I've heard of some just wrapping a quick tie around the frame to help it along.

How much play do you have in the primer chute? I have a lot! I have taken it apart several times and the come to the conclusion that after a few rounds the chute moves to the right and the flat edge does not come into contact with the bumps on the frame
