Only reason I can think of and good enough for me. If I get a .380 one day I might as well get a .32 and a .25 as well...maybe even a 9X18.

I got one because it fits in my pocket. It goes in my pocket when I get out of bed and stays there till I go to bed. Would I prefer to have a bigger gun if something happened requiring one ? Yes. But it is better to have a 380 on me than none of my other guns.

.32, .25, 9x18, you forgot .22 & 9x21. Just because I have never tried loading
for them but, I have a brand new set of Hornady 9x21 dies??
So, applying correct reverse logic, I have the dies, I now need to get the pistol, right??

I have a .22LR or two better than most any out there but I didn't think we were in rimfire territory. The reason to not buy any of these is because we can buy a 9X19 or .45AUTO in the same size platform. But if you want a .380AUTO or other then get one!

Reloading the 25 Auto is much simpler, and you get to use big boy tools.



My wife and I watch a bunch of detective series; it utterly amazes me how many people think that a 25 Auto won't kill them.

Would rather have a 22 Short than nothing!!!

I generally prefer "Old, Fat and Slow" but when I want light I'll carry either the Sig 238 or its big brother the 938. Linda preferred the 238.

I thought about reloading for my 25 Auto, but I have enough trouble handling 90 grain bullets and those tiny 380 cases. I dropped/spilled two out of the last 40 I reloaded; I found out my reloading blocks are all too tall for the short 380 case and I drop some when I try to remove them from the block (fat old mechanic's fingers.). My ,223 bullets while small are long enough to pick up and hold to seat...
