Hi Jim,
Welcome to the forum from bonnie Scotland, Ayrshire.
I was over in Texas for a couple weeks Nov/Dec 2017, we had a great time staying just outside San Antonio. We even fitted in a couple of trips to the Bullethole Range a few times, even talk the good lady into try her hand at pistol shooting. Best holiday we have had in a few years.

I'm glad you enjoyed San Antonio. That area is one of our favorite hangouts.
My wife used to work for a Scotland-based company and we grew quite fond of the people she worked with. We are hoping to make a week or two there in 2020.
