Re: My soon to be replaced bench
So I worked on this over the weekend. The back of the frame is anchored into the wall, and you can kind of see it in the first pic, there are 2x6's running horizontally along the front edges braced underneath by a 2x4. This will give more than enough rigidity for the forces of full length resizing even on the biggest cases. Still need to strategically place some more legs to brace the front, and a little tweaking. She isn't pretty, but will be rock solid. Not bad for some scrap counter tops I had at work, and about $50 worth of lumber and materials. Will definitely have enough room for my various presses.
Now to find some old litchen cabinets that people are getting rid of, for above storage. I may just build some quick shelves in the meantime. Will be running down to the local Rural King for some LED shop lights here in a day or two

With shelves it’s easier to find what you’ve misplaced.
An ignorant person is one who doesn't know what you have just found out.

Re: My soon to be replaced bench
Getting closer......
Got most of my presses mounted now, still have to mount the shotgun presses.
Added some power strips to the back of the benches, got my old laptop set up to peruse Lee-Loader.com while I'm down there
Bought more LED shop lights to replace the fluorescent fixtures, but wouldn't you know it, out of all of the ones in the garage/basement, only the ones in this room are hard wired in. So I need to pick up some outlets to throw in the junction box for these new LEDs. Then I won't have annoying extension cords in my pictures
A couple of more presses, bench primer, and case trimmer, and I'll be done
One cool thing, the shop lights I picked up for sale on Saturday, have Bluetooth speakers in them,
Connected up the phone, and had good background muzak to work to (hence the phone in the one pic)
