Snowy here in NE Ohio this am. Started reloading for 222 with my uncle Dan in the mid 50s. I bought a Herters press (large boat anchor?) and still have and use. Dan bought the Lyman dies and everything else. Still have some Herters 30-06 dies from the early 60s. The 222 was a Remington 722 with a Lyman super target spot (I think) scope that slid in the mount with recoil. That rig is long gone to my everlasting regret. Have some pistols and revolvers, levergun and bolt actions, 30-30, 30-06, 223 and 22 Hornet and several scatterguns including a real A.H. Fox Sterlingworth. These days I pretty much just break clay and punch paper. Stopped reloading in the mid 60s and started up again in about 2010. Bad timing on my part. As you know supplies were not readily available about then. Most of my recent purchases have been of Lee equipment. Approaching the quarter century mark real soon now but can still throw a leg over the ST1300 and put in a 200- 300 mile day. I'm very grateful to be able to do what I do.
