Hi All,
I cut my reloading teeth on the .308 Win case however it was for the 7.62x51 Nato on a Lee Enfield Envoy sporting rifle. See pic below, however the Enfield I had, had the heavy target barrel. I should have never sold that one......
150gr FMJBT S&B solid bullets
Vit N-140 - 40grains
Fed 210m large rifle primers
new Winchester .308 cases, checked and trimmed to 2.005"
C.O.A.L = 2.775"
Back then our only range time was on a military range (used by Faslane Sub base in the Clyde) or known as Garelochhead range to the locals. We had a mix of small sentry heads and paper targets at 100, 200 and 300yards and the odd 50 yard for those needing to zero sights.
