All that is left is a couple of team games , an dinner with friends .
I love this little hole in the wall meet . It's small this yr 5 or more of the regular couples didn't come so instead of the usual 34-40 we have about 20 . The Model T casino in spite of our blatant disorganization honored the room and a meal deal , it's Nevada casino perks but where are you going to get 2 queens , a single roll away , breakfast for 5 and a 6 pack for $68/night ?

I'm not in the running for any of the games I don't play at that level I guess or maybe I need to change my game .

Well I did put a stipulation on it that a Contender/Encore/etc was not a pistol . I could see a guy shooting 5 with his 16" Encore 30-30 then slipping the pistol grip on and shooting the other 5 . If a guy wants to run a Buntline and a 92' or an X frame or BFR with an AR and a Trapdoor that's cool as is a High Point and a 1911 .

I would try Blackhawk and SRC92 myself. Is it timed? If so....never mind

Just the idea that a cowboy or bug out might leave a guy deciding to use 1 load in a pair of guns . The challenge is of course to have 1 load that shoots as well in a rifle as it does in you're side arm . I had a Marlin 1894 in 38/357 and if the Sec 6 would shoot the load well then the Marlin shot it better and 400 fps faster . Those hopes for my Colts 92's and BH were crushed . The High Point and 1917 play well together though in 45 ACP .
All of which shines on not having to spend a ton of money to play games .
It's just 10 shots from 2 guns in one cartridge . Potentially a guy with and LCP and a Ranch 9 is as likely to win as a guy with a BFR and a Siamese Mauser .
