So the cabinets are in and I'm building the other three counter tops. Under mount lighting, removing the carpet, mounting the monitor then I will be close to done.

Oh my. That is really a nice looking set up. Did you build the cabinets or are they "store bought"? You're going to give some of us a "reloading room" complex...

They are store bought unfortunately I am unable to cut a straight line. I am ripping and gluing the countertops. I wanted at least 1-1/2 top and the end are 3" to try and keep from flexing. I will be putting an adjustable 1x1 steel leg under the press itself. I had a Dillon 650 that seem no madder had strong the top was I still got a bit of flex even after the leg the press would still flex.
For brass prep I will use the Forster press then most likely a lcm for loading pistol. I mainly shoot rifle.

It seems that no matter how sturdy the bench is made, when you hang a press on the edge there's always a little "flex". It's the nature of wood. The only way to get an absolutely, no flex press is to place it on steel, (iron etc;) either a "bench" made of steel or a piece on top of the bench ala strong mount, OR what you're doing. A post of some sort from the bottom of where the press sets to the floor. There are quite a few guys over on the LM Zone that mounted one of those Harbor Freight cargo bars to the front of the LM and then to the floor. You can go there and look at some pictures. Hmmmm, I have a couple of those in the back of my PU, I may have to check that out.

Finally finished and moving in!
The bench flexes more than I had hoped. Looks like I will be putting the welder to work.

Looks real good. Nice and clean looking for now. My room was clean at 7 this morning and it looks like a bomb went off it now. I just don't know how I do that. I will be picked up tomorrow.

 LOL

It's funny there is no mention of this phenomena in any of my reloading manuals but it is a fact of a reloader's life. The more benches you have seem to exponentiate the size of this "bomb" as well.

Exactly! There will be a day that Rareform will find it tough to walk into his room!
