With YouTube it is important to remember that you don't embed the video, you link it. As you mouse over the "youtube" tool in the bar above the editor box it offers the instructions.
It is:

• The short link is found under the "Share" button on YouTube.
• Copy the short link on YouTube
• Paste the link in your post
• Highlight the pasted link
• Click on the "youtube" button above the editor box.

The link will look like this:
