Greetings from SW Ohio
Sort of wandered in here from the Rossi list.
Been a shooter since '58 and a reloader since '67. Started casting bullets a few years later, maybe early 69 using a Lyman ten pound cast iron pot and dipper on a Coleman fuel stove. Had a second hand Lyman bottom pour for a while but when it went south I switch to a 2 quart cast iron sauce pan on a turkey fryer burner, still with the original Lyman dipper.
I have a collection of molds from Lyman, Lee and RCBS ranging from a Lyman 22 (bear to get up to temp) to a Lee 45-70 mold. Spend a great deal of time and alloy on 40 caliber 400 gr boolits for my Sharps 40-65 that I shoot with mostly black powder. Hoping to try some NRA style BPCR sil. this season.
Make smoke,
Curt
