Loadmaster-Powder Mirror
I mounted this mirror in the threaded portion of the Loadmaster which is intended for primer adjustment.
The picture shows what the powder charge looks like in the 380 Auto. I could also see the powder in 223 cases I loaded recently. Now I can check for powder without moving my lazy rear end.

Re: Loadmaster-Powder Mirror
I prime off press so have an empty location where I mounted an RCBS powder cop die. Over charge or under, it stops the movement of the press handle. I do like your mirror idea tho!

Re: Loadmaster-Powder Mirror
I need to do something like this as well as a light to see in the case. I love the turret but it does cast a shadow.

Re: Loadmaster-Powder Mirror
The mirror is great. What is that fired brass on the side with the cable tie around it?

Re: Loadmaster-Powder Mirror
Hey Jim, The primer in that cartridge is inserted sideways. I fastened the cartridge in that location on the press to remind me of the problems I had priming on the Loadmaster. After they changed from the original priming system is when I started having a lot of problems with priming.farmerjim wrote:The mirror is great. I am so happy now with my loading results priming off press that I have no desire to ever prime on any press again. When cartridges roll of that Loadmaster now they are ready to shoot, I don't have to inspect every one or wonder if they will go off. Just dump them in a ammo can and they are ready to go to the range.

A bicycle mirror! Now I know what to use and where to get one.
Many thanks.
