New Lee Mold 358-200-RF!
Just found this! It is a basic copy of the RCBS 35-200 GC mold. It is NOT listed on the Lee site. I have looked for it/any suitable 35 Remington mold from Lee for a long time. Found a link to this one on another site. I ordered one! What I have been looking for for a LONG time, and not have to shell out nearly $100 for an RCBS, etc - and I screwed up and missed Mike's molds before he got out of the business - dang it!

Re: New Lee Mold 358-200-RF!
Thanks for the heads up! That is a great looking bullet. I just picked up another 35 Rem today. It is a H&R Handi-Rifle with 35 Rem and 444 Marlin barrels
Here is the C358-200-RF…
They also have an interesting .22 bullet, the C225-55-RF…

One can only hope Lee made the mould on the large side as most rifles favor a .360" bullet and not a .358" one.

Re: New Lee Mold 358-200-RF!
I have a 225-55 RF that bears a very striking resemblance to the 22-55 . It's fast for a cast bullet ,or maybe it is knowledge about making it go fast......
That 358-200 looks like it might be good in a 358 Win also.

Re: New Lee Mold 358-200-RF!
I have this new mold and it does make pretty bullets. Mine are dropping at about .359 with 60% soft lead to 40% wheel weights. I powder coat then push through a lee sizing die that I hogged out to .3595. I should get a chance to test in my 3 35's soon. I also have one of Ranch Dogs 35 molds and love it. Lee has announced that they have a 6 cavity of this new mold coming soon.

The six-cavity C358-200-RF mold is available now through Lee now. DIdn't look to see if the large dealers have it yet.galaxieman wrote:Lee has announced that they have a 6 cavity of this new mold coming soon.

I've been looking for that mold, as soon as I read about it. Haven't found it yet, but I guess Titan probably has it, if anybody does. I want to try it in my .35 Whelen. The RCBS .359 200 grain FP is a great bullet, but always looking for something new to try.

Re: New Lee Mold 358-200-RF!
Wonder if this works in .35 Rem and even more wonder if it's a good length for the Marlins in .35 Rem...?
Guess this is more fuel to the fire to fine a Marlin.
