What Handgun Reloading Did You Do Today?
So I had empty rounds of 9mm. So I deprimed those and the other 100 or so I picked up at the range. Then I got the energy to reload. So I set up the 9mm on the classic turret. Been awhile and I had to tweak it to get the right numbers. Put out 200 rounds. Felt pretty good.

I need to get back out there and do more. Have 1k rounds of .45acp and another 1k of 9mm. Just tan out of boxes to hold them. Maybe a ammo box?

Re: What Handgun Reloading Did You Do Today?
Well not just yesterday or any specific day since the day after Christmas but almost every day since then I've been working on replenishing my stock. The day after Christmas my 5 children and some of the grandkids go out shooting. I supply the ammo and they certainly know how to expend it.
So by the end of today (I hope) I will have done all the casting and lubing, brass prepping, more casting and lubing and loading and storing the 1600ish assorted rounds of 32ACP, 9x18, 9x19,38Spl, 45ACP, 6.5x50 and 51, 7.62x39, 7.55x55, 30/06 and 8x57 we plinked away in the spirit of a Family FUN Day!
I do that day again tomorrow if I could. But I'll need to find some lead very soon.

Re: What Handgun Reloading Did You Do Today?
On Sunday I did some restocking: 400 rounds of .45Auto plus 800 rounds of .38spl. That's the absolute minimum to go into the new match season, and will last until April, maybe, if I don't do too much training.
Was very relaxing, I'd love to have some more days like that.

Re: What Handgun Reloading Did You Do Today?
Today I ordered the Lee Custom turret press kit and 9mm dies from Midway.I also got the depriming die and some ammo boxes. This will all go along with the pound of Bullseye and 1000 primers I bought at the local Bass Pro last night. Almost forgot, just ordered #500 9mm boolits from X-treme today. Hoping to start getting the bench set up next week when all this stuff arrives!

You're gonna love the Lee Classic Turret. I have a SDB and access to a 650, but 90% of the time I use my Lee turret.jradisch wrote:Today I ordered the Lee Custom turret press kit and 9mm dies from Midway.I also got the depriming die and some ammo boxes.
