that's a pretty pointy bullet

could you rig up something to take off the point once case? maybe a jig on a bandsaw that would hold the bullet in place while you cut off the point?

not elegant but seeing as you have problems getting mold in UK it could be something to explore

Try this; make a couple dummies and lay them on a flat surface, bullet nose to primer pocket. The rim of the case may tilt the cartridge enough so that the bullet nose is off center, below the primer. It would take a good, centered hit from a typical round nose bullet (or a few hits) to set off a primer of the round in front...
