Mold DC 452-200-RF OK für .45ACP?

Post by Fyodor »

Hi, Forum,

when I placed my large bulk order at FSreloading, they accidently included an additional bullet mold DC 452-200-RF. Since shipping to the states is way too expensive for this single item, I decided to keep it.

I plan to start shooting .45ACP soon (SASS Wild Bunch), so I thought this bullet might fit that caliber. But I have no experience with that cartridge. Would this mold be useful for this purpose? What sizer would you reccomend?

Cheers,
Jochen

Greetings
A 200 grainer sounds like a dandy weight to launch out of a 45 ACP. I use anywhere from 170's up to 255's (depending on need) . But a 200 grainer is right in there for a good all purpose projectile.
You may have to adjust seating depth in or out for perfect feeding and/or chambering for your pistol but that is easily figured out.

The way I see it if I didn't order it but it showed up, is that it was meant to be.
