Hello from Maryland
Stumbled upon this site recently and it looks like I can find some good information here. I don't know how much I can contribute though since I'm relatively new to the hobby.

Re: Hello from Maryland
Welcome !
"You can't believe how dumb I feel about this thing I learned/did/broke today" is just as valuable as having worked with 2-3 powders enough in enough different cases , bullet weights and types to be able to accurately descibe it's curve and relationships to weight case and bore . Because sometimes the vet needs to be reminded not to skip a step just because he hasn't had an issue with the issue that step addresses .
In my case it's all about sorting my melt for casting and keeping lost ammo out of the range scrap and getting it all dry or starting it cold . Bedazzling your garage door , ceiling , walls , driveway , car , and clothes in melted lead is a bad idea and it can happen in just a few seconds of misdirected attention .

Re: Hello from Maryland
Central MD near Annapolis. Loading 9mm, .38/357, .45. Also a few 30-30 on a single stage press. The 30-30 on the single stage is what got me going on reloading since my neighbor gave me the press. I graduated from that one to the turret press when I started loading pistol calibers. Now using the ABL progressive Lee press.larryw wrote:Welcome from Arizona.
