Re: Ready for reloading the 9mm
Looks like it was 1 pack of 100 that I've found. They are a different colour (bronze?) while the rest of the 1000 box are silver. I thought maybe they were large primers that got mixed up, but they aren't. They fall out of a large primer pocket. I dropped them in a jar of oil, and will be chucked. Don't recall when I bought that box. I think it was probably 15-20 years ago

Re: Ready for reloading the 9mm
The odd thing is the packet cover and tray was identical to the rest. Again, I don't recall where/when I got that particular box of 1000, although with this incident, I'm thinking I may have picked it up at a fun-show in NJ or PA back in the 90's. It's definitely the older style of packaging (Grey and medium blue) vs the newer dark blue

No telling, I use CCIs and have both types of packaging. So far nothing failing to feed.

Re: Ready for reloading the 9mm
As long as they have been stored right they should still work fine. I have some 20+ year old SR primers I am using up on plinking rounds. I got them at a going out of business liquidation sale. So far none have failed to ignite.

About 5 years ago I used up about 300 Herters H209 shotshell primers , from the original mail order Herters , 1969-72 .
