phone based reloading apps
Has anyone here played with any of the new reloding apps for iphones or androids? Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations or comments re: usefulness, ease of use etc.

Re: phone based reloading apps
I have the free reloading assistant .
It looks like it compiles on line powder manufacturers data , listing bullet , powder , COL , min, maximum charge and pressure , energy , power factor and a penetration value . It matches with book numbers and is handy for reference when I'm away from my books .
It has a cost calculator also for per round or quantity .

Re: phone based reloading apps
It just has a huge volume of powder and bullet manufacturers data all in 1 button with 4-5 clicks instead of the 6 click to get to data at Aliant for 3 recipes that don't fit with your bullet weight or on hand powder or downloading a PDF or a list of places to get the manual . It isn't my sole resource more like a memory jog or exploring something new .

Re: phone based reloading apps
I downloaded the app, and it seems to have a lot of good info, thanks for the suggestions RB.
It does look like it is formatted more for tablet use given the volume of info it presents and paying the $4 for an ad-free version is probably worth the price, given that it is tough to navigate through it on the phone without contacting and opening an ad tab.
