Funny Critters

Post by 357cyrus »

Just curious to see what weird stuff you've seen animals do in the wild. Two hours ago I watched a fat raccoon stuff himself into a hole in an oak tree about the size of a mail slot. Took about two minutes if squirmin and wigglin. Feet just flailing in the air. Last year during archery season I saw a doe stand on her hind legs and smack another one in the face with her front hooves. Mother nature always puts on a good show.

Yeap, always some weird there. For me this year, it is a doe with horns. Shortly out of velvet, they fell off but she is still out there walking around with her yearling doe trailing her. I would put her at 6 1/2 years old and as of yesterday her head looks like a buck's in the spring, the two raw bases in place of the horns.

An ignorant person is one who doesn't know what you have just found out.

When setting a job up for myself it must be Idiot Proof as well, as I am a bigger idiot than most people I know, and I prove it to myself everyday.
