Big Dot Sight
I put a set of these on my Glock 42 this morning. Anxious to try them out. They are not for precise shooting but should get on the bad guy pretty fast at defensive ranges. Hope to get to try them out pretty soon.

Re: Big Dot Sight
I just looked one up for my P95 and it's more than 1/3 what I paid for the gun.

Re: Big Dot Sight
Good sights are never cheap. I have been waiting a long time for the right sale to come along, got them for 85 dollarsish. Sale ended a few hours after I ordered them. Got a set ordered for a friends Kahr P380 yesterday after he seen mine. They 103.20 .GasGuzzler wrote:I just looked one up for my P95 and it's more than 1/3 what I paid for the gun.
These sights are not for precession shooting but rather fast sighting in stressful conditions. This little single stack Glock puts them where I want out to 15 yards. (Never thought I would have a Glock but this 9mm short does everything well with 0 problems, I really like it and it conceals easy.)

Re: Big Dot Sight
Off topic. I haven't been able to locate one of the rubber stretch on grip for the Glock 42. If I can fatten the grip just a little it should take care of my pushing my group slightly left.

Re: Big Dot Sight
I've used them since they were introduced and I love them. Great for fast follow shots. My G26 is my main carry gun and it's amazing how well follow shots can be had with them. Not a long range sight setup but for combat accuracy its better than good.

Did you have to mod your holster to get your gun to fit with the larger sights?akuser47 wrote:I've used them since they were introduced and I love them. Great for fast follow shots. No modifying. I use several holsters, no problems.5akman wrote:

Re: Big Dot Sight
None of my glocks needed holsters modded they are big sights but not obnoxiously big. My serpa with my g26 and g35 is usable. My leather galco works and my 511 tactical nylon and uncle mikes belt holsters all work well. You do have to follow the sighting procedures and practice the sight pictures to shoot proficiently with them. Once you are used to them I can hit a 5 gallon bucket every shot up to 60 yards with myg26 my g23 I can hit same bucket and walk it out to 75 yards before I start to miss. You have to try before you buy as theyre not cheap and you may not love them as I do. I dot the i and it's mine is the joke at the range

Re: Big Dot Sight
Shot the 380 a little at some steel plates today. I think that big dot sight and me are going to be good friends. They are not for precision shooting, but I killed every one of those steel plates from 20 yards.
