The turret setup I am now using for decapping is:
Stage 1: empty.
Stage 2: Lee Universal Expanding die. (Opens bent case mouths)
Stage 3: Lee decapping die.
Stage 4: Lee decapping die.(Gets the primers missed in previous station.)
Stage 5: empty.

I'm thinking to possibly get a spare turret plate and move the decapping die to it. This way I don't have to remove and then reinstall and readjust the remaining 3 dies.
The other thing that I did and it actually worked pretty fast, was to remove case loader tubes and indexing pin and load and remove the cases manually.

The automatic case loading/ejecting is where I think the time saving comes from.

Decapping now days is an evening job while watching a movie in my recliner. I trade off between the Lee hand press and a Harvey deprimer over a small trash can in my lap. The primers that miss the trash can sure make a racket in the vacuum. :o
An ignorant person is one who doesn't know what you have just found out.

When setting a job up for myself it must be Idiot Proof as well, as I am a bigger idiot than most people I know, and I prove it to myself everyday.
