Thingiverse user lance4824 published an updated case flipper design that works better with the Lee Breech Lock Challenger Press (SKU: 90588).

I would like the flipper for the 90588, but the user does not have the "Things App Enabled", so there is no way to print it through the Thingverse.

Grab the STL file and upload it to www.treatstock.com or one of the other 3D Printing Service Bureaus for a quote...
