Way to be optimistic with the "blue light special". Been there done that and my gut has never been nice to me ever since. No wonder I've become and old fart.

It's sad that every year more doctors names appear on my phone list and fewer old friends phones get answered.

Since I haven't read an actual QOTM for October that is Lee Loader-related, I figured I'd toss one out and see how it goes.

My QOTM: what is the relationship between the amount of time spent doing a single task properly and without distraction, and multitasking several items simultaneously?

a. inverse relationship
b. geometric relationship
c. exponential relationship
d. oppositional relationship
e. diametrical relationship
f. none of the above
g. choices a, c, e
h. choices b, d, f
i. there is no relationship
j. what was the question?
k. Adam Lee must be working too hard on test-taking strategies with reluctant, immature, farty 3rd graders

To my way of thinking the only way to multi-task doing reloading is with a progressive. Just me, maybe.

It's obvious the answer is K.

Since I was gifted with the talent for test taking I would pick E if the options stopped after six choices.

A I would avoid because an inverse relationship in math would graph as linear repeat. I would avoid B due to its oximoronic nature. C is another math example. Graph an exponential function and you'll receive a parabolic curve. D sounds like another made up term like B whether or not it is so I'd skip it.

F, G, H wouldn't be on a test because test writers are generally not smart enough to have so many options. Option I is similar in testing theory to F, G, H but too similar to option F so that means F and I are both out.

J is comedy and is the correct answer K.

Gas,

I do like your analysis of my answer selections. You are indeed "gifted and talented" - I see that you readily recognize the incorrect applications of math properties to my question.
However, you made an assumption that I meant inverse variation or inverse proportion, which indeed is a math term - the relationship between two variables in which the product is a constant. When one variable increases the other decreases in proportion so that the product is unchanged. In my mind, I meant inverse relationship - when one variable increases, another variable decreases.

Ultimately, it was indeed K.

All I know is if I don't finish what I'm working before I start something new it doesn't get finished . My multi tasking pretty much ends with making rounds between the washer , dryer , brass tumbler , smoker/slow grill and cooler .
Ms on the other hand flits around like a humming bird in a honeysuckle patch while hanging on to some topic like a pitbull with a pork chop .
