Old topic, but heard from the Gunsmith this morning. My Gibbs SMLE Scout is on its way to the ranch!

Yeah, we never did get that range report. What did you have the gunsmith do to it?

I'm still looking forward to the range report and a pig report.

Well, it's home. First, the gunsmith I've used stays extremely business with some really fine firearms. He is the only smith I trust to make a custom scout mount. My agreement was that "whenever you get to it will work for me". In return, I get something that is perfect for very little spent.

So here it is and it will soon hit the brush out back.
