Anybody seen one of these???
I saw one of these on eBay... not your garden variety lee loader..
I seem to remember that these were offered by a lee offshoot of some sort? But I am old and memory is old too... maybe one of the lee byte heads remembers better????

Utilized Loader, it was the precursor to the Hand Press. Good to see you back AlaskanGuy!

Re: Anybody seen one of these???
I have one of those in .223 Remington. The weak link in the Unitized kit may be the hand priming tool. I had one that wore out a little quicker than I had expected. Other than that one example, I have found them to be very good tools. james

Re: Anybody seen one of these???
When I researched these a few weeks back, their instructions indicate that they full length resize, instead of just neck sizing like the 'classic' loaders

I have seen them on eBay several times.. I think they were an experiment by lee. They already had the normal lee loaders out when these came out. And had the normal loaders after... so for whatever reason, they didn’t last.

Re: Anybody seen one of these???
I think it was probably a cost thing. It probably costs as much to produce as it does a press. I know that is what killed the Loaders beyond those that are manufactured now.AlaskanGuy wrote:I have seen them on eBay several times.. I think they were an experiment by lee. Is this from the Lee Custom Engineering days? The company that Richard Lee lost?
