Yukon Tragedy

Just saw this story. Awful tragedy, a man took a vacation with his wife and baby to a cavin in the woods to do some fur trapping. Left in the morning to check his traps and came back to the cabin to be charged by Grizz. He was able to kill it but not before it got to gis wife and baby.

Damn shame. Be careful out there to you folks in that part of the continent. And with Thanksgiving still recently passed take the time to hug your loved ones. You never know when itll be the last one

Apparently she was out for a walk.

We have a healthy population of black bears but they have a real well developed fear of humans so I don't think we have ever had a problem.

May they both rest in peace.
