Man, what a hog dropping machine you are RD. :) Love that 375. Had one 30 or so years ago,
Advertised as "The 375 Win Big Bore" wish I would have kept it.

Yeah it is a nice rifle and cartridge. I've actually owned as many as three at one time!

I've been wanting to get that mold for my 375 Ruger. What velocity are you running that bullet at?

2045 FPS. I've run it as high as 2150 but that is about all the 375 Win is capable.

My friend killed a large boar while hunting my place yesterday evening. 100 yard shot with a Rem 700 chambered in 308 Win.

You just have to love a Marlin 375. I have the RD mold for that bullet and need to get to casting and load development. Plan to use it whitetail season next year.

Greetings Dan! The 375 popped another last night! Ugly looking brute!

You might consider Starline 38-55 Win Long brass for your cast bullet shooting. Makes a word of difference in the Marlin 375.

Michael,

That IS an ugly brute. I'm going to start casting/load development for my Marlin 375 next spring. I'll be using your TLC379-235-RF. I bought this rifle, new/unfired, about 10 years ago and just haven't had the time to work with it. At the same time, I stocked up with 500 new Winchester cases. Sounds like I should get some Starline 38-55 long.....
