I'm stuck on .002 gr , I mean 9 kernels of 4831 are only .1 gr so .......

Typos . I think it's 8 mil or about .008 .

2/10 is a lot in the small cases . Plated bullet survival depends on it getting past the throat . I picked up a bunch of range metal with a bunch of plated 9mm that had only noses and bases plated still . The rest was stripped off . I'd bet at 10 ft it looked shotgun spray on a backer .
If your throat is bigger than the bullet fast plated shouldn't be a problem . At 21-23 kpsi max you shouldn't have any issues anyway . 23 kpsi is 45 ACP +P . 200 gr bullets should give you a little more wiggle room on the loads , although I will admit I don't have any experience with the CFE line . My shelf is full of Red Dot , Unique and Herco .....
