I'm not sure, but it looks like they might fit on the Avery 2"x4" labels. ( I've just printed them out and taped them on...)

you mean there is something better then a sharpie and masking tape????

I use Avery 8163 2X4 labels and whatever office program you need.

This might be better? As you can edit it and move objects and resize, if needed.
