I use HP38 at 4.6gr and use the same weight in 9 or 45, with 115 plated 230 plated respectively. 9 is slightly light and 45 is middle of the road. I do have room to boost it up a bit. Don't have to change the Lee powder measure. I am relatively new at reloading a couple years. I don't really know the difference between excessive and minimal leakage but I don't get too much with my Lee Perfect powder measure. Also, having not tried other powders I'm sure I have much to learn.
Don't know how powder type effects repeatable dispensing or whether the Lee PPM just works that good across the board. Seems I have read, perhaps here, that the thinner powers may leak more.

I've used BE 86, Tite Group, and Unique. All work equally well for me. BE-86 is clean.
