Also found another use for my K&M Arbor Press, seating the Hammerheads in their pressure wads.

So when I start loading slugs I guess I'll need a arbor press.

Those hammerheads look great, and I love that the press is coming in handy it looks like a nice press.

You know, looking at the picture of your arbor press got me to thinking. (Yikes :shock: ) I have (you can get these anywhere I guess) a large bolt that will thread into a standard press that came with a fire lapping kit from Beartooth Boolits. You just thread it into a SS press to seat the coated bullets. That should work as well for seating the slug and sabots would it not.... :?:

Yeah, it would. I still have a bunch of Beartooth's lapping bullets and that same bolt. Man oh man, I bought that stuff 25 years ago...
