I am a handloader and bullet caster. I load for handguns, rifles, and shotguns too. Most of my cast is for inexpensive practice ammo....although I have hunted with cast in my 45/70. My first reloading outfit was a Lee "whack a mole" loader in .308W. The loader has gone down the road but my first high powered rifle is still in the rack. a Remington 788 LH in .308W.

I have accumulated a lot of Lee Equipment over the years...3 hole basic turret, Classic turret, numerous dies, trimmers, molds, and priming tools. I still have an original round tray primer tool and love it, bought the ergo-prime as a back up and hate it.....already learned there is an update kit that is supposed to be an improvement and it is on the way.
I have always liked Lee products. Have two Load-Alls for shotgun (12 and 20 ga.) but don't use them much anymore. I used to duck hunt a lot in Canada where we could use lead shot. The Lee Load-All was the easiest loader to set up and change loads with. Perfect? No, but they sure did a good job for me.

I am glad I found this Forum! After years of dissatisfaction with RCBS dies (I had a .308 that had case neck run-out over .010") I gave Lee dies a try and have been really happy with the results, quality and price. For me, the main purposes for reloading are: lower cost of shooting, tailoring the load to the firearm, and quality control. Lee dies, presses and accessories tick all those boxes.
At the present time I own:
2 - Lee Pro 1000 presses with 4 carriers (#1, #2, #11, #19) with dies for 9mm, 45 ACP, 45 Long Colt, 38/357
1 - Load-All II - 12 gauge

I look forward to checking in on the forum regularly.

Thanks for having me!
