I believe it's a castboolit design special ordered by midsouth.

I have one and uses it in my 8x58RD shoots like a laser :)
I have best results only greasing the 2 bottom grooves (YMMV).

It was designed with the old war 98 Mausers in mind, they have a long throat.
It will fit anything in the .323" caliber department.

I actually just got done shooting those finally. I just mentioned this but the range was a mud pit and it only started raining some more while I was there. At close range they pretty much all shot decent but as before longer range would show if they are worth the time or not. But most important, none of them keyholed and they were all on target. I didn't overlap small .324" holes, but they were all in the black.
