Auto Prime 2 spring?

Post by kmw1954 »

I just picked up an old Lee Auto Prime 2 unit that is missing the spring. Does anyone know of a replacement spring that will fit and work? Does anyone know if the spring from the priming system on the Lee Pro1000 will work?

Most hardware stores have boxes of assorted springs. You may find one that works.

Call Lee, they will give you a new spring free, just pay to ship.
Thank you for any advice!

Tool is obsolete, they quit supporting this years ago. There are no replacement parts from Lee.

Call Lee anyway. They have obsolete parts that aren't on their site. Not saying they will have this specific part but it's worth a try. I completely rebuilt an obsolete press a few months ago.
